Project Description
Canterbury-based property developer and estate agent <strong>Greenham Properties</strong> are regular clients of MBS Ready Mix and MBS Concrete Pumping. This project required the supply of both services for a development of 1 and 2 bedroomed student apartments in Canterbury.
The contract required us to supply a mass concrete pour for the footings of the new buildings. In some parts we were able to provide a straight pour using extension chutes, whereas as other areas required us to use our concrete line pump. Over 70 cubic metres of concrete was required in total.
As well as the concrete mixed on-site we also supplied the clay light board for the footings via our our building supplies department MBS Group.
